BEAUY’S Junior Awards Presentation Day

BEAUY’S Junior Awards Presentation Day Sunday 13th September 2026 12:30 pm – 6:00 pm

Beaumaris Reserve, 96 Reserve Road, Beaumaris

The fun starts at 12.30pm with:

· Delicious food and drinks from our clubhouse

· Katie’s famous gyros grill – dinner sorted, no extra planning, no dishes, no worries!

· Kids’ face painting, balloon modelling, fairy floss, popcorn and slushies

Penalty Shoot Out Competition:

· All junior players are invited to take penalties for prizes against our Senior Goalkeepers Jordan and Frazer. Can you beat the best?

· Heaps of prizes to be won

· Action-packed afternoon of games and entertainment

The famous Beauy meat raffle will be running throughout the day with the draw at 5:00 pm:

Our Super 2026 Raffle draw – $2,000 cash plus lots of other prizes

For Junior Team Managers and Coaches

A timetable and pitch location has been allocated for:

· Your Awards Presentations

· Your fun soccer games

Each team has:

· A 30-minute time slot in a designated awards presentation area. Please ensure your area is cleared for the next team (no cartons, no rubbish, no forgotten shin pads!)

And:

· 15 minutes on our two half-pitches for Parents vs Juniors games!

· These games are to be supervised by coaches

· A perfect way to show Dad who really is the star in the family on Father’s Day!

· 10-minutes for your penalty shootout.

All players to wear runners/trainers not soccer boots for the games.

Come and join us for a fantastic day celebrating our junior players acheivements this season.

Second Hand Shop

We will be accepting donations of any soccer shirts or boots that are presented in a clean and good condition so other parents can buy them cheaply. Please drop them in the foyer and our

volunteers will sort and display for sale. It’s a great way to recycle good gear and get ready for season 2027.

Team Managers

To make the day run smoothly we ask every Team Manager to nominate 2 volunteers per team for at least one hour between 12:00 pm and 6:30 pm by Thursday 10th September to help with:

· Set up and pack down

· Ticket, popcorn, fairy floss and slushie sales

Coaches:

· Please complete your set up by 12:00pm

· Put up three goals in the designated area

· Take down all goals by 5:30 pm

Our Junior Director of Football Jamie Hollywood will be supervising all activities on the pitches and the penalty shootout. If you have any feedback for Jamie on season 2026, any questions about our Beauy Champions League starting 5 October or about season 2027, take the opportunity to introduce yourself and have a chat.
