Under 15's Celebrate win in Don't Think: Do! Kits


Fresh off the back of a season-opening win, our U15 girls were delighted to receive a training kit for Season 22 through the kind sponsorship of Chantel Cain, mother of Catriona who plays in the U15s.


As you can see from the attached photo the girls certainly look the part in the - Don’t Think: Do! sponsored kit.




Don't Think: Do!


Beaumaris resident Chantal is passionate about people enjoying movement and exercising safely. She runs Don’t Think: Do a small boutique Beaumaris based group training and personal training service, which offers small group exercise sessions (BoxFit, HIIT, strength and conditioning, mobility, stretch and meditation) from Beaumaris Life Saving Club 3 mornings a week at 6:15 am and Thursday evenings at 6:15 pm - as well as sessions in her home studio, where she also trains clients 1:1.


Chantal loves to keep people accountable and encourage them to reach their fitness goals in creative and engaging ways! She is a Level 2 personal trainer registered with Reactivate Aus (Formerly Fitness Australia) and is qualified to train both adults and children. She also has pre and postnatal qualifications.


When she is not in the gym Chantal is a busy mum of two who enjoys running, weightlifting and food (creating, cooking and eating). Chantal is also a bit of an information nerd and undertakes regular professional development. At present, she is completing her post-graduate studies in Nutrition at Deakin University to further assist her clients in their health and wellness journeys.
